Eco-Pirates is committed to reef conservation. We are seeking to begin work on the reef systems that skirt Lalomanu within the marine sanctuary. Our actions are set to include eradication of COTS, reef replanting and coral and and fish surveys.
We are acutely aware that in order to gather video and photographic imagery and some of the work on the reef, we will need to have capacity to dive!

We are committed to developing a eco-focused dive business to assist us in our reef protection endeavors.
We have a forty foot aluminum catamaran to repurpose as our dive platform.
We have ten kayaks and sets of snorkels

If you have expertise or interest in diving and want to be involved in establishing and operating a dive business based at our camp in Samoa, get in touch. In addition to the facilitation of snorkel and diving on the reef for guests to Samoa, we will deliver key programmes that
- Educate locals in water safety and diving
- Survey the reef
- Facilitate the health of the reef and those that depend on the reef
The business will be based at Lalomanu and facilitate the eco-actions of the Pirates.
The business will provide financial return to investors and owners.
The business will provide financial return for other Eco-Pirate projects.
